With over 30 years experience as a civil and structural engineer with local authorities, Department of Transport and consultants for Highways and Bridges, joined Hill Cannon in 1988 to specialise in structures management and now a Principal with responsibility for overall management of projects and practice development. Acts as a specialist parking consultant and an expert witness. |

Steve Vollar, BSc, CEng, MICE, FIStructE, FConsE
With over 30 years experience as a civil and structural engineer as a consultant, resident engineer, office manager in Lesotho, Southern Africa and then a partner with Andrews Kent & Stone running the Leeds office, joined Hill Cannon in 1996 and now is Principal with responsibilities for overall management of projects, maintenance of standards and practice finances. Acts as a specialist parking consultant and an expert witness. |

With over 35 years with Hill Cannon as an Engineer and now a Principal, Stuart is responsible for the detailed design and delivery of our multi storey car park projects. Supervising a team of engineers and technicians to create award winning car park solutions and now engaged on the development of factory produced pre-cast concrete housing modules. |

With over 20 years experience as a structural engineer with consultants in Leeds and Hull, joined Hill Cannon in 2000 and is now a Principal with responsibility for commercial, leisure and residential projects. Has led design teams on multi storey car parks, offices, industrial projects, refurbishments, leisure and health care schemes. |

John Garwood CEng MICE
A Chartered Engineer with over 40 years experience, John joined Hill Cannon in 1994 and is now an associate responsible for a dedicated team for small works and specialist reports with a wide range of clients. John is also an experienced CDM practitioner and acts a CDM Coordinator. |
