To provide enhanced parking at the Birmingham Millennium Centre, a new 980 space multi-storey car park is under construction. On a sloping site over 6 levels the layout incorporates the patented VCM (Vertical Circulation Module) system and has a striking architectural cladding finish with multi-faceted panels.
