The Civil Engineering department provides an innovative and Value Engineering service through a team of highly qualified, experienced and talented Civil Engineers, in which to deliver the whole life cycle of a scheme from Feasibility/Appraisal Stage to Planning Stage, to Detailed Design Stage and through to Construction Completion, ongoing maintenance and operation. The team prides itself on providing well engineered, sustainable, environmentally sensitive, durable, economic and buildable designs to meet the aspirations of the client and in full accordance with all statutory authority requirements.
The Civil Engineering team provides an invaluable role at an early feasibility stage in ensuring that early constraints and abnormal requirements in relation to developing a new scheme are identified and included as part of the overall Civil Engineering design strategy associated with roads/access, flood risk, drainage, earthworks, levels etc. in which to assist with the deliverable and commercial viability.
The team has vast engineering and practical experience in delivering schemes in all sectors including, but not limited to, Residential, Care Homes, Hospitals, Schools/Universities, Student and Young Professionals Accommodation, Infrastructure, Logistics/Distribution Centres, Leisure, Sports Stadia, Hotels, Commercial, Industrial/Manufacturing, Retail, Heritage etc.
