Value engineering is at the heart of our design. We consider and provide our clients with options that are cost effective, practical, and easy to construct without adversely affecting quality.
Building Information Modelling (BIM)
We pace our practice in line with industry technology and do our best to additionally maintain the lead as far as possible. Our Design and Detailing 3D modelling software allows the sharing of our ideas and technical knowhow with our clients and their design team, thus complementing towards data rich models that prevent time loss, clashes, and undue cost implications.
Greenfield to Brownfield & Refurbishment
We have the in-house capabilities to consider and develop schemes of varied types and locations. Our flexible approach and knowledge of the construction materials and types, enables delivery of the projects in all circumstances.
Health and Safety
Safety is paramount to our design. We remove the risk and the need for temporary supports as far as possible.
